High service standards

The primary aim of Enval is to ensure that service standards are consistently met.  This means providing adequate surveying capacity at all times.

We currently have 140 firms on our panel, who between them employ over 900 surveyors.  This enables us to manage any fluctuation in demand.

Swift turnaround times

Our average turnaround for valuations is currently 3.5 days.

We are confident that we can retain average turnarounds at less than 4 days, even during busy times.

Quality control

Enval doesn't directly employ surveyors, but we apply strict membership criteria to those who wish to join the network.  For example, member firms must have at least two employed surveyors and a minimum £1 million of Professional Indemnity cover.
