Conveyancing referral service

We are very flexible in our ability to manage conveyancing referrals from the mortgage sales process.

The most effective and simple case-routing method is a web-based link to the LMS Conveyancing system, but we are also able to manage telephone, leaflet and fax sourced enquiries.

Fast and efficient

Your sales people have the option of providing customers with an immediate online quotation and instruction service.

Simple but comprehensive quotes can be sourced immediately, providing the customer with an all-inclusive price for their conveyancing.

Alternatively, sales people are able to provide us with online referrals of the names and contact details of interested parties. We'll call the customer within a matter of hours - or within a specified time period (typically morning, afternoon or evening).

We'll explain the service, provide quotations and accept instructions.  All cases will begin processing by the designated conveyancer on the same day, subject to a 3pm cut-off. Referrals received after this time will be processed on the following day.

We'll refer the case to a designated panel law firm who will contact the customer within 24 hours of the case instruction being received.
